[CANCELLATION & CHANGE]

Order cancellation/ change is only possible before product shipment. (Including change of delivery address) 

Please submit your order cancelation/change by 12:00 PM.


[EXCHANGE & REFUND]

You must submit the post to the Q&A  board within 24 hours after receipt of the product, 

and the product should arrive at ODOR office within 14 days of the delivery completion date.

Product availability must be checked first for exchanges.


[DEFECTIVE PRODUCT EXCHANGE NOTICE]

If the product is defective, it can be exchanged for the same color and size.

If you want to change the color, size, or other product, it is considered a customer’s change of mind and you have to pay the delivery fee.

When posting a refund request for defective or wrongly shipped items, please include detailed pictures of the item(s) along with 

the order number, product codes, and a written explanation to the Q and A Board.


[WHEN EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ARE POSSIBLE]

This is possible only for products whose value has not been damaged within 7 days from the date the product is supplied. (even for detective items)

Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.


[WHEN EXCHANGE AND REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE]

-If the commercial value drops due to traces of wearing (contamination, perfume, etc.)

-If the exchange/refund period has passed -> it is considered as consumer negligence

-In the case of other notices in advance (ODOR MADE, accessories, etc.)

-If the product has been modified, washed, or repaired

-Wrinkles or creasing from delivery or minor issues with stitches, glue marks, or chalk marks will not be considered defects. 

Items that are the wrong size due to wrong measurements by the buyer will not be considered defective items.


We are not responsible for the unfamiliarity of all announcements. 

We would appreciate it if you purchase it after reading it carefully.


All goods returned without previous notice will not be accepted.


ODOR will only bear the shipping costs of defective or wrongly shipped items. 

All other shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.  

If non-defective items are sent to ODOR along with defective items, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
